Vanessa was such a help with her color consulting. She was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Best place for paint. They have an amazing staff that go above and beyond. 10 stars Vanessa is a great consultant, She knows what she is doing and she made our house in to a beautiful home. All the colors we picked came out amazing! Thanks to the whole team!!!

Nice employees, quick service, clean store, but the paint is double the price of big brand stores. With HOA discounts they are still 10$ more a gallon.

I’ve been a Dunn Edwards customer for years, like 20+ years. I had returned some paint supplies and had been given store credit in the form of plastic credit card sized Dunn Edwards store credit. These cards are only good for 90 days. This is an absurd corporate policy. Store credit at other retailers (i.e., Home Depot, Lowe’s etc.) is redeemable for years. It costs them nothing to make their store credit valid for a longer period of time. This is nothing more than corporate greed. DE has just lost my business to the likes of Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore, which are more customer service oriented.

I bought 3 cans of touch up paint. They give me one of cans with heavily deformed lid. You can easily see that it does not close well at the edges. I complained and asked if they can replace lid. They refused. Response was: they do not have time to hit every cab at the right angle, and their “new” can material is poor quality. How about their customers time, going to their store back and forth because their print dries due to their deformed “poor quality “lids?

Dunn Edwards is a real paint store. There's nothing wrong with the big box stores, but "this" isn't "that". Dunn Edwards is a paint store. Their employees actually know about paint. They can explain why one product works better for a certain application. They have paint accessories, tools, and everything else you need to get the job done. They don't sell hot water heaters, or lumber, or gardening supplies, but if you're painting something, this is the place.

We respect Dunn Edward's, been using them them for years. Totally different place with covid19 happening though. Only 4 people allowed at a time. Took 10 minutes to get inside. They got rid of their color consultants. The other two people already in there kept us from getting help. Our 20 minutes there was wasted. Wait till covid is over before you visit. My wife and I are going to Home Depot instead.
