Extremely easy online ordering process. I knew I wanted McMillan SPC from watching Flooring Factory content on social media. They had it in stock and were quick to deliver. Excellent experience. Floors turned out incredible (we went with Serna XL). Pleasantly surprised how "solid" they feel as my home is on a raised foundation.

I recently purchased first home for my son and I. My contractor Aldo recommended me to go check out flooring to The Flooring Factory in Valencia. I went to two other places but the flooring displays really caught my eye here. On top of that I received excellent customer service from Martin who worked with Roger in getting me a better pricing. They were also kind enough to advise me which of my 2 top colors looked best with my flooring. Being a first time homebuyer and single mom has been hard because I don’t have much advice or input from anyone else. So definitely their support through this process has been greatly appreciated. This is hands down one of the best flooring companies I’ve ever worked with and I live multiple states away. Super fast response times, always someone picking up the phone or answering emails. Martin in particular is awesome. Sent me samples within a few days and even helped narrow down options by sending a few full sized samples. They went above and beyond and their McMillan product is the highest quality LVP Ive ever seen. I will 100% be a return customer to this place.
