In my experience, It can be hard finding credible help for home projects. I needed my gutters replaced and ended up doing my roof and sides. I must say that this contractor/company exceeded my expectations. No questions went unanswered. Accountability was demonstrated numerous times by Erick, even when he could have taken the easy way out. I notice things like that and appreciate it. I must say that he is a honest and credible individual and stand on principles that I sincerely wish does not go unnoticed. I noticed that he has excellent networking skills and has a good team with him. Great company, even better service and humanity. Project did not drag on unnecessarily. Quality materials were used. The house looks great, I recommend to everyone.

A few weeks back, I started collecting quotations on a roof repair job...

Of all the quotes, TC roofing was the highest.... Yet there was something about interactions with Teodoro that caused me to not ignore/reject his quote in favor of cheaper quotes...

Eventually, I accidentally sent him a copy of the lowest quote I received via text...

Unable to withdraw the text, imagine my dismay when teodoro called a min later to:

Educate me on the art and craft of roofing, he...
1. Laid out material costs,
2. Explained the differences in performance of various materials over time...

Exposing the caveats I missed when I interpreted the earlier quotations...

I value relationships - and from what I could tell, so did Teodoro...

We scheduled the installation around rain days and my availability to travel to Bridgeport for the installation....

Teodoro insisted that I be there!

I got there about mid day, sat in my car, and watched as Teodoro and his team installed the shingles, replaced pieces of plywood, and overall completed 95% of the job before going to greet them...

I chose not to be a distraction while I admired the synchronization of men at work who seemed to all know their positions and roles in this entire process...

The cleanup process was the best...

Teodoro and the team used dust blowers to clear all dust and debries from the windows, finished roof, as well as the environs around the building... raking and stacking all left over waste and material into a dumpster...

With everything loaded in the dumpster, my tenants had the added bonus of disposing their own waste in the remaining capacity of the dunpster...

Towards the end of clean-up, others from Teodoro's crew arrived with Heineken refreshments which they offered to all on the job site.

Teo has since performed power washing and roof repair work to properties owned by two of my close friends in Bridgeport....

I would recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable contractor who is true to his word....
