The store we go to in Sonora, CA is always clean and have the friendliest and helpful people working. We were able to find everything we need in one trip. We hate shopping so that was extremely helpful

I have been a long, long time customer, but my shopping days at Kohls in Sonora are done! I came to the counter to purchase my items. I told the clerk that I had a $10 Birthday reward. I just assumed it was in my Kohls wallet…wrong!! The clerk didn’t know where to find the reward nor did she care. I was in a good mood….she wasn’t ! About that time, a supervisor passed by and overheard our conversation and told us that the reward was in an email. I could not readily find the email, so I paid for my items and stepped over to the side of the counter (the clerk stated that if I did find it, I could take it to the customer service counter). Within a few minutes, I found it and went to the customer service counter where I was met by a clerk who told me she didn’t know how to process the reward. It was obvious she was frustrated. Once again, the supervisor came by, heard what she said and came over to show her how to do it. I was then handed a receipt showing a credit of $8.43 to my account What happened to the $10 Birthday reward? Goodbye Kohls and goodbye to your unhappy attitudes!

I wanted to change my phone number on my account and was told I could not at the store and was given a number to call. I came home and called it and had to wait several minutes and then a person who I I could not understand came on and I ended up hanging up because I could not understand what she was saying. After 3 calls I finally got my phone number changed I hope on my charge account. I think this could have been done in less than 5 minutes at the store. This was not a pleasant experience for me at all,
