Not very friendly!
Additionally, I ordered two pieces of plywood cut 2' x 4'. Clerk said I would have to "pay for the whole piece". I assumed he meant the 4' x 4' piece it would take. He never said I would have to pay for the whole 8' piece; which I would have done, reluctantly. After the guy finished cutting my 2 pieces, found out that the remaining 4'x4' piece I had also paid for. The cutter cut the other two pieces in half and gave them to me AFTER I asked about it. They were going to put that piece back in inventory, that I had already paid for. Considered ONE STAR but ....

Late delivery, poor quality of wood (guaranteed a strong mix of #1 grade Douglas fir while on the phone, received 6 total pieces of #1 and 80+ of #2). Poor lumber selection (no 2x6x12’s so I had to order 2x6x18’s at a steep cost increase). Delivered to Arbuckle but left lumber on driveway rather than securing inside the garage. Overall, 1 of 5 star rating is fair and indicative of customer experience. I do not recommend this lumber yard and I hope the manager/owner reaches out to me.

Both of the gentleman in there were very courteous and nice and helped me find what I needed and were accommodating to cut the lumber to my specifications. If they didn't have it they could look into ordering it for me that was nice to know..
