Everyone was really nice and professional. I was a live load. Park outside the facility in the dirt (Industrial Dr.) And walk inside. They had me drop my trailer right where I was and a yard jockey came by and snagged it up. An hour and a half later they came by and let me know it was done and ready to go.

In and out within 2 hours for me. Your experience may vary, but I'd come back again for sure.

Drivers with no trailer lights LOCKING their brakes up at 65mph are a public hazard. DOT and CSP notified. Get those log books doctored. ?

Live unload, Arrived 0730, 0915 backing in to the door (very tide) at 0930 they took a 30 minute break, finally unloaded at 1115 ….. bad experience, not recommended by my self …. Ok ! At least they swiped out my Trailer will give 3 Stars instead 1

One star is what I will put for the people being nice. However even if your the first one there, the trailer will take a few hours for it to be loaded. Do not be fooled thinking it may not take more than an hour since it is a pallet place. All other pallet shippers are pretty fast. I have been there twice but no more. This time it took longer and I ran out of drive time. Screw it. I am still getting my shower. Most likely you will pull in. Park before the gate that leads to the shipping office. Walk in the gated area and check in. They will most likely say to drop it and the yard guy will grab it and take it to a dock. Then wait for it to be brought back. Go ahead and fill out your information on the Qualcomm or whatever. Once they give your loaded trailer back it can be congested. Finish the loaded call and head out.

Great experience from the start to the end! I checked in with the receiving dept. they were very helpful, friendly and professional. They were very busy but I was unloaded by the forklift driver quickly and able to get on my way ahead of schedule.

OTR semi driver? This review is for you.
(and hopefully for management as well)

Way too slow to get loaded here.

It took the driver BEFORE me 6 HOURS to get loaded! He was NOT a happy-camper.

This place is kind of a cluster-.... They need a bigger place. Pallets EVERYWHERE. No room to maneuver big rigs. So they have you drop your MT and the yard guy spots your trailer.
(Wait/park in a very dusty spot along the dirt road.)

Checked in: 9:40am
Trailer finally spotted into dock: 12:25pm
Finally loaded: 1:30pm
Total time: 3.75+ hrs

They need more respect for the drivers time. Perhaps they don't know (or care?) that OTR drivers have to work for free when we're sitting/waiting to be loaded/unloaded. We only get paid when the wheels are moving.

...so much for having time to get a shower that I had planned. After this delay I'll barely have time to make it to my delivery appointment.

Over the past 10 years, every other pallet shipper I've been to has only taken less than an hour to get loaded.
It's not like they don't have plenty of product on hand. Seemed to have plenty of workers. So I don't know what their problem is.

Come in early around 730 they got me in right away. Was off loaded by 820. Nice people.
