Lance got on it right away and had the roof replaced within a couple of weeks. Then about two weeks later as weather permitted, he replaced the gutters fixed all the screens and repainted one side of the house. It all looks real nice. The best part about it is this property is a rental of mine and I live 7 hours drive From Colorado Springs, so I didn’t have to go up and supervise any of the repairs Lance handled everything and it worked out great. He replaced the roof, painted the house and stained the fence - it all looks great. I have had several jobs done by L&N construction. We're in an area where we experience damage from hail often. It has been necessary for Lance to replace my roof twice. Both times was perfectly, the work was quite professional they cleaned everything up thoroughly when they were done. The last time they replaced the gutters and installed leaf filters. ,He has also taken care of some other minor jobs, but there is nothing that might need to be done in my house that I wouldn't trust him to do. I have recommended to friends for work that they need don't. If you were to rate on a five star basis I give him the five stars.

I was referred to Lance by my realtor. I was a little skeptical about using him to replace my roof amongst other things like window replacement because I couldn't be there to oversee the project. He was fair, reasonable and does quality work. He could always be contacted by phone or text. And if he didn't answer he would call back quickly. He is a man of his word and he walks the walk. Not just talk the talk. He was able to explain my complicated insurance claim and new every process in working with insurance companies. He text me pictures and updated me promptly. He was busy when he started the project and gave me date of start a couple weeks out. He met his obligations without hesitation. On time and very efficient. Lance put a roof on my mother's house that was going on the market.His crew was fast and efficient. Several months later, electricians put in a new bigger electric box. They made a new hole through the roof and left the old hole open.
I called Lance to take a look at it as we were closing in two days. Lance responded within an hour or so, and shot me a quote. He fixed up everything that day. Incredible response, that you just don't see today from contractors.
