Watch out for the conversational narcissist when you try to call and inquire why the jury clerk made an error on your jury service dates. Talking down to people but at the same time asking them to to alter their lives at a whim because of a clerical mistake, then using conversational dominance to prevent you from asking questions about it, is not the way to treat someone who is willing to alter their life and give up their precious time for civic duty. A little congeniality training might help to learn how to talk nice.
