They haven’t even moved us yet, but I am compelled to give a review. These professionals actually CAME to provide an estimate and are very inclined to work with our needs. I had contacted several companies who provided estimated over the phone, computing our costs online. Call me old-fashioned, but I much prefer doing business in person. I will post another review after our move. At this point I highly suggest A1 Supreme!

Recently I moved from Camp Verde to Cottonwood and I was having no luck finding movers. I called A1 Supreme Moving and I spoke with Ken. He was able to book me right away and was friendly, understanding and responsive to all my questions. He even checked with me the day before my move to make sure everything was still good. The day of the move, Brad and Patrick came to my house and were 10 minutes early. They were very friendly, polite, and funny. They made a very difficult hectic day very easy. They were efficient, fast, and careful with my belongings. Nothing was broken when I unpacked. If you EVER need someone to move your belongings, A1 Supreme Moving is the company you need to use. If i ever need to move again, I will only use them. 10/10 company, from my 1st call to paying - they were amazing.

Ken, the owner underestimated the cost and the moving job and left my brother sister with a half unpacked house. It was a nightmare for them. Ken also inflated the cost and didn’t offer a refund for the job he did not complete. Go to Precision moving. They were awesome.

Ken and Bradley were very professional and very responsive!

I called Ken on a Saturday and he was there the next day to give us a quote on a Sunday morning. He was very prompt!

Ken and Bradley arrived on time as scheduled on our moving day. Ken and Bradley were careful with my all of my boxes. No broken items, no missing items. When it came to the new home, They would ask me where I wanted the new furniture placed. They set up my beds and kitchen table. Ken made sure that I had my office set-up before he left. (I work from home and he knew how important this was for me to have up and running.)

I would highly recommend this company. Good quality and they were fair priced.
If you need a quality mover call A-1 Supreme I would give them 10 stars!

I called A-1 and talked to Ken who said he was the owner, arranged for him and his crew to come and move our belongings and furnuture including mattresses/boxsprings from our garage and few items in my van that I had brought up to our third story building. I was very clear about what we had and that we lived in Jerome with lots of stairs. He scheduled me on Thursday afternoon once he was finished with another job. He never showed and I called him that evening. He rescheduled me to 12:00 on Friday. At 12:20 I called to see if he was still coming out. He informed me that the he was dropping off the moving truck and would be up within a 1/2 hour. A 1/2 hour later he called back and told me he had to do one more small job and would be at my place in hour. He arrived at 2:18 pm, and they began, about 1/2 in he started complaining and gripping. They were almost done with the items in the garage, four small boxes left when I asked him to move the mattress/boxsprings. Ken started giving me attitude and said this was becoming a moving job, I stated that was what I was paying for, and I did not appricate the attitude, he inturned he told me that he was the owner and I couldnt dictate to him about the job, he told his workers that they were leaving and drove off at 3:10pm he wasnt even at our place for an hour. They promptly left without finishing the job.
I own a service buisness in Phoenix and I would never dream of talking to my customers the way he talked to me. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Ken arrived on schedule at the designated location without his crew because they were still on another job. This was at a storage facility between Camp Verde and Cottonwood. My wife and daughter met him there to show him the location.

Upon seeing the contents of the storage Ken then began to grumble about how many things weren't in boxes. He was also told the unit was disorganized. Yes this is a storage unit. Not everything fits neatly in a box. The canoe for example.

The grumbling soon became even more unprofessional, even as my wife and daughter were helping him because his crew wasn't there. While he was talking on the phone to his crew within earshot of my family he was complaining about how much of a mess the storage was in. And he was constantly sighing as he was loading up the truck.

My daughter then told him his grumbling wasn't appreciated at which time he got more irritated and then resorted to yelling at my wife and daughter. He then threatened to pull everything out of the truck and leave. He did not do that but instead he chose to leave about 1/3 of the items still in the storage as he refused to finish the job.

There really was no reason for any of his behaviors and if I were there instead of my wife he surely wouldn't have had this behavior going on because I would not have tolerated it. While he was yelling at my wife and daughter he said things like "I'm never rude and "I' don't need anyone telling me how to do my job!"

His crew did eventually arrive and fortunately they delivered everything that was on the truck. His crew was very nice and nothing like Ken's attitude. And they did not charge my wife for the haul. Those are the only reasons this company is getting 2 stars because if it were solely based on the experience with Ken it surely would only be 1 star. And the thing is, he's really nice on the phone!

The reason I'm leaving this review is because my wife and daughter, even after 3 hours, are still shaken up about the experience. And I believe that the public should know and be prepared for this potential behavior.

Everyone has a bad day. But raising your voice to customers is not excusable, especially a man to women.

Moving is nerve racking enough, but A-1, Ken, Brad and Company were awesome moving my parents to Montana. Nothing was broken on the long journey. They are professional and flexible to your needs. I can't say enough about how great they've been!

Ken had several conversations with my grandmother, who is moving out of Cottonwood, regarding the date we would obtain the moving truck for him and his crew to come and help her load the truck. This man called my grandmother a liar the day before he was to come help load the truck, then proceeded to leave a voicemail on her phone (unknowingly) where he continued to call her a liar and then his crew member was heard saying “It’s not our fault she got evicted from Pine Shadows”! WHICH IS NOT THE CASE! She sold her house, and must be out by Sunday for the new owners to take ownership! This man told my grandmother that he “takes care of the veterans” but by his actions and words today, he is a complete liar and untrustworthy man! My grandmother is in tears and is now stuck with no other options after being completely ran over by Ken and his crew! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!

Editing to add that I’ve now received a phone call, and a voicemail, from Ken regarding this review. Again, as my review, and the review below this one, states…..he really likes to yell at women! Lol! We now have two voicemails as proof for the mistreatment and neglectful actions and words by the owner of this business. Way to dig yourself into a hole, buddy. If you value yourself as a man, woman, and/or veteran, you will NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.
