This was my first experience with an electric three wheeler and I love it! This bike is so comfortable to ride and very easy to control. For the first time in many years, I was able to ride for several hours without any back pain. And my dog loves riding in the back basket too. I am looking forward to many more bike rides.

The employees were very polite and helpful. There was no pressure to make a sale. They only wanted me to be happy with my purchase. Thank you so much!

Just wanted to give a quick shout out to the good people of E-Bike of Louisville for superb service and proper guidance with making an e-bike purchase.

First, I bought my e-bike two years ago from this review. I got the Aventon Pace 500 v2 model and opted for the $200 (I think that's what it was) tire upgrade. I opted to get it because I ride my bike on a trail with a lot of goat heads and have dealt with more than enough flat tires on my old bike that I was open to spending the cash to see if it made a difference. Well, two years later, a ton of miles later, no flat tires. I would def recommend the tire upgrade even if it stretched your budget a bit. It's a great deal two because I think if anything happens in the first few years, they replace the tire and redo the setup. Call and confirm tha though.

I just had my bike get a tune up and had another great experience with the bike tech. He was super thorough with my bike and tune up. Whatever he did made a difference and it rides so much smoother and the breaks are super smooth again.

In prior to buying my bike I went to a bunch of different bike shops, and everyone was great at the different chops, but I felt good settling with E-Bike of Louisville because the fielded all my newbie questions with grace and didn't get annoyed. Hahaha! I ask a lot of questions before making a big purchase.

I def recommend them if you are in the market. They also were not pushy about trying to make a sale. It was basically, "What are your biking needs? Here are you option. Let me know if you want to take if for a test ride or have any other questions." I appreciated that too.

The whole Colorado ebike rebate was kinda confusing but they made it easy and put us into bikes withing our price range. It was fun to test ride on coal creek and when you buy a bike you get a surprise which was a sweet customer service touch.

I can't say enough good things about e-bikes of Colorado in Louisville. Sarah, Cameron Ivo the genius mechanic, are all great. They're knowledgeable, helpful, patient, friendly, and have a great sense of humor. And I love the inventory. I absolutely love my Riese and Muller bike. It has transformed my lifestyle. I feel so safe on it, and I feel exhilarated after every ride. I'm 71 and I bike from Niwot to Louisville or boulder and next, Lyons. I agree with their motto: JUST TRY IT. You'll be glad you did.

Picked up a bike recently. Worked with Ben and Sarah. Both were great. Good place to test out bikes as they have a lot of choices with a trail close by. Caught a good deal so I couldn't pass it up. Sarah was amazing on the day of the pickup. Went over everything to make sure there weren't any questions. Made a couple of tweaks to the bike before I headed out with it.

The service team here did a great job educating me on what kind of proactive protections I can put in place to keep my tires from getting punctured while riding on various types of terrain -- and now I can ride with more comfort knowing that my tires are puncture resistant and have sealer also applied. The turnaround time was very punctual as well. Many thanks ... most people probably know these guys sell ebikes, but I highly recommend them for servicing appointents as well! Jim

Very professional shop with lots of inventory. Bike was built quickly to get me on my way. Many shops charge an initial build fee on top of bike purchase, however Colorado e-bike has the membership fee which included the building of your bike, great discounts and even free expensive recommended tune-up after a certain mileage! Highly recommend
