We loved everything about our experience with Mosaic. From the initial design phase to the final product. Our project manager, Todd, was Uber-friendly, responsive, dependable, honest, forthcoming and efficient. We were out of town for a good chunk of the construction time, and Todd provided us with regular updates, including photos. Our backyard addition was finished on time and within budget. I’d recommend Mosaic to anyone!

Mosaic did a wonderful job on our expanded deck. They executed all aspects of the job from design to completion on time with excellence. Andy was the designer on the project and willingly modified the drawings several times as we refined our thoughts. They did exactly as they said they would do and it was a pleasure to work with them. We lost our Boulder home on the Davidson Mesa Ridge overlooking the city, in the Marshall Fire December 2021. Rather than rebuild we purchased another home with a mountain view in Broomfield. The Trex deck was nearly new but the sun made sitting out far from ideal. Our neighbor had recently had a pergola built by Mosaic Outdoor Living, and I was very impressed with the workmanship. We wanted an attached gabled roof over ours and I proceeded to get three bids. Mosaic was not the lowest bid but all three bids were very close. Since we had seen their work we went with Mosaic and can’t tell you how happy we are that we did.

We first had them do renderings so that we had a precise visual of what the finished job would look like. The Forman of our job "Todd Grantier”, was on top of everything every step of the way. After we signed the contract but before they had done any work on the deck he stopped by to check on something. We had had a pretty big snowstorm the day before, and were shoveling off the deck. Todd took the shovel from my 83 year old husband and finished clearing off the remaining half. That’s when I knew we were definitely going to be in good hands!

The work crew were friendly, skilled and efficient . . . cleaning up after themselves at the end of their day. Everything moved forward as quickly and efficiently as possible. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome and now consider our deck a wonderful outdoor extension of our living space. Here are a few before and after photos.

Overall great experience. Mosaic was great to work with on the design. They worked with our ideas and needs and turned that into a great design we hadn't imagined. Construction went smoothly. Our PM Todd Grantier was great. He communicated well with us. We always knew what was happening. He always took our questions and concerns and quickly responded to them. All of the sub contractors were top notch, we enjoyed working with them as well. It really felt that the Mosaic team was there to help us get the project exactly as we wanted it. Mosaic also went out of their way to help schedule part of our project to meet a family gathering we had. I would not hesitate to use Mosaic again. Thank you all for our new patio and outdoor kitchen. We love it.

Todd was our project manager, planner and go to guy for everything that needed attention and an answer. He was always available and responded quickly. He saw our project through from beginning to end without any hitches. Our job turned out perfectly and we have the back yard sanctuary we always wanted.
