Henry came out to my ranch to process one of my pigs. The first thing that stood out to me was how clean his truck and his setup was. It was cleaner than the butcher shops around town. His crew was really respectful and attentive to our needs and our property. He and his crew worked safely and quickly.
I also learned a lot as they were able to explain to me in detail the different aspects of the process. I would highly recommend Big Bear Mobile Butcher for all your meat process needs as I will be using this company for all my future animals.

We had three bison to butcher. Henry showed up with a fully equipped and refrigerated mobile butcher shop, and and made fast work of the three animals. He will customize whatever cuts you want, and he is willing to teach you along the way. Excellent service, very reasonable pricing, and high quality work. I highly recommend. Thanks Henry.
