We found ourselves urgently needing a new hot water tank. Initially, we scheduled an appointment with a different company, but after rescheduling thrice and eventually canceled while we waited all day, we decided to reach out to a new plumbing service. Nathan promptly responded to us, provided a remarkably reasonable estimate, and was at our Severance home to install the new tank early the next morning. These guys were amazing! I reached out one morning and the gentleman, Duane, who picked up the call was incredibly friendly to converse with. When the team arrived to drain the tank, they thoughtfully called ahead with an estimated time of arrival- which was less than 30 minutes. They managed to drain the tank effortlessly. Despite this, the issue persisted. The team, including Cole and Jaime, did everything within their capacity to clear the blockage, but without success. Undeterred, they returned the same day and used the jet to completely clear the pipe. I am so grateful to Walter & Sons Plumbing. Everyone was exceptional and I would strongly endorse using their services.

Duane from the plumbing service was at my Severance home within an hour. As I'm writing this, the issue has been fully resolved and my water pressure is back to normal. Marc didn't try to suggest complex or pricey repairs - he simply rectified a valve issue left by a previous company and charged me the minimum evaluation fee.
