Left a drop off during construction, not a "bump" like the sign said in the road they were working on. Even after coming to a complete stop and then taking it going like 0.01mph, it was still way too drastic for lower cars and there was no choice other than to let my brand new car come crashing down and scrape underneath. No one batted an eye.

Cross construction employee in Rantoul was very unprofessional. went to the street stop me in traffic and went in my vehicle to verbal assault me and threatened me then call the police like his the victim. Bad part got a call from the manager saying that I was in fault told the manager I had it on video if he wanted to see it so he can believe me he didn't care said if I uploaded it I was getting sued.

Major road construction. Confusing to nonexistent signage. No clear flag person directing traffic, just some workers waving their arms during the busiest traffic of the day. Very dangerous to motorists and workers alike. Where is IDOT? My tax dollars are paying for this mess? Appalling!

On 284 Chicago Jeep whure with name on bumper pulled in front on me at 70 mph put on brake 4 pm. Down to 55 by I-80. Pot tanker had to pull on the shoulder or hit the car. Stay out of Chicago if you can't drive.

Haven't dealt with the company, but when you're forced off the road without a signal as they come into your lane, and you see the owner's face at the wheel, you worry about business practices and safety.

Refused to fix what they promised to fix. Refuses to return calls. Promised to come back the next day to fix the lump they made havnt seen them in months made several phone calls left several messages still no response in 7 months. This business is a joke

I have not utilized their service, and would not. I came into contact with someone on the road. They were driving recklessly and scared my daughter (15 & driving with a learner’s permit). Very unprofessional and dangerous!
