My father and I have been buying from Alfa since 1999. I appreciate the outstanding customer service. The products are top quality made in same factory as the big boys but Alfa sells it for about 60% off. They ship same day and since I'm in NJ. I get my order the next day and they have a big warehouse where I often go to pick up the merchandise to save in freight. Thank you Alfa!

I'm a industrial mechanic and we have. been ordering from Alfa for a while. My direct contact at Alfa is Lorena and she is always very helpful. At Alfa you get USA made parts of different kind of major brands in restaurant equipment. If there are parts that they don't have in their inventory they will do everything to add that as soon as possible, just to make it easier for us.
I'm now ordering much more from Alfa then from other companies, because of the pricing and quality and the way they care about their customers.

will never buy from this i plp i purchased a part for my dough mixer and after the fact they took all the information they call me next day to tell me the card has some wrong with it.more or less i find out a gay took the number on a piece of paper! and they processes later what world they live in! and they call me next day to tell me that. leaving a message on my voice-male and i call back the guy i bought the part from he never answer my call had to talk to some one else and they send me the wrong part and they are very rude.
