Adam is one of the nicest ppl to deal with, a really pleasure! My order took longer than it was supposed to due to shipping delays. They told me they would update me as soon as the casings were available. They were true to their word! Ari was able to help me find kosher certified sizes they had available for purchase and was extremely informative, really recommend buying from this company if you are a sausage maker looking to buy casings.

This review is not about the product, which was a gift to someone else.
The one star is based on the owner's customer service.

After overpaying for shipping because the company only uses UPS, Adam Stein, who is the president, refuses to reimburse me for an additional $8 that I had to pay UPS because they used the wrong address on the shipping label AND failed to correct it once UPS notified them of the mistake. I was able to pick up the box from a UPS will call distribution center two days later.

Adam offered to give me two casings ($7.5 value) the next time I purchased from them, but I explained that I already ordered all the casings I needed, and that I would prefer an $8 refund.

My emails got ignored multiple times, but I finally got an answer from Adam, and it reads "I offered you free casing and you told me it wasn't good enough, when you write your review that nobody cares about, please include that detail, thanks. We have served thousands of people during two years of a pandemic and we haven't been closed for a single day, maybe you should have some respect for the front line workers in this country and stop being so selfish.”
