John was absolutely terrific! I walked in with an old phone and 45 min later walked out with a brand new iPhone 15 Pro Max. AND everything transferred successfully (passwords etc.), he explained the basics, and by mid-afternoon I'd totally figured out my new phone!

Even though I'd deleted a lot of photos and videos, there was 10 yrs worth of stuff on my old phone. Yes, it was an iPhone 6s Plus that actually still worked pretty well (was a fantastic product) but the battery was dying quickly, I couldn't update software past iOS 15, plus other issues related to age.

I was surprised the transfer went so well and I LOVE my new phone. John was absolutely magnificent and I love AT&T too.

Crap. They've toyed with my son for weeks. Dangling a job over his head - a manager hired him top of Sept, start date has changed every Sunday evening before my son is to show up an train. Final day, he arrives early and gets a text message lol from an adult manager and is told redo identifying paperwork and go home. Basically. It's not because he's a brown boy, what is it? Disrespectful, I'll mannered and I hope the stores business goes down from here since under you, how you operate is not commercial ready. If you did not want to hire him why have him do all that he has done! Greenwich ave in the flesh.

Had the pleasure of meeting Charles today while having a huge problem at Apple, down the road, while trying to upgrade my IPhone. Charles offered to walk over to Apple to meet me and help correct the issues Apple was having in trying to sell me a phone under an existing ATT contract. After a short period and some changes on my account, Charles fixed everything and an hour later I walked out with my new IPhone 14. Tremendous service and I would certainly recommend anyone in the market for a cell phone to contact Charles at this location. Thanks again!
