I chose Ana Parzych to do my wedding cake. I knew she was the one I wanted to do my wedding cake when I saw her work online and in her showroom. She does exquisite work! She designs wedding cakes with your personality in mind, along with the flowers and wedding invitations that you chose for your wedding for inspiration and comes up with a one-of-a-kind design that is stunning! She is truly an artist. The cakes taste great too by the way. She will go out of her way to bake something extraordinary and not your everyday boring flavor! Now that I found Ana Parzych, I will use this bakery for all of my special occasion cakes.

I hired Ana Parzych Cakes for my wedding last month, held at The Branford House in Groton, CT and could not have been happier! The cake was beautiful, all of the guests were in awe of how real the sugar flowers looked; they matched my floral arrangements perfectly! Unlike many bakeries whose pretty cakes fall short on flavor, this cake was absolutely delicious.
Working with Ana on the design of the cake was a fun, easy process. I still can't believe how talented she is, making beautiful art out of sugar! I highly recommend Ana Parzych Cakes!

I am so happy that I found Ana Parzych. I received numerous compliments from guests about my wedding cake. From the flavor to design, Ana's workmanship is simply superb. My four tier wedding cake flavors were almond, vanilla, chocolate, and lemon. My personal favorites are almond and lemon. Her attention to details, professionalism, and client service is unmatched to various wedding cake vendors I met in the Tri-state area. I highly recommend her service.

"A Taste of Sophistication"
I was looking for something exclusive and very sophisticated for a private party in Greenwich-CT, when I found Anna Parzych recommended by a friend. I couldn't be happier!!
At the first appointment, Anna was able to sketch the cake using her artistic skills based on the party's theme, wich was "Havana Night".
I knew that I was in good hands at first sight!! Just close my eyes and let her to be creative....a truly artist!!!
When the cake arrived, I had goosebumps from head to toes!!The Sugar flowers were meticulously crafted making difficult to destingue from the real flowers.
My client and I were thrilled!!!
A piece of art was created!! Sophisticated, impeccably crafted..and delicious!!
It just broke my heart to see that cake being sliced away!!! 🙂

Ana is THE best! She really listens to what you want and creates it. Her cakes are not only works of art, they are absolutely delicious! I even went back to her for our anniversary cake. I highly recommend her!
