Mike with Hebert Customs was absolutely amazing to work with. I cannot begin to explain how great his communication, planning and coordination, vision planning, attention to detail, and overall finished work were. We were introduced to Mike by someone for a smaller job and we began to talk with him about our larger project being a buildout above our garage to add a bedroom, playroom, and full house hvac system. He was kind enough to offer us a quote and we gave him a tentative idea of when we’d consider starting a year or so later. Mike called us back almost to the day a year later asking how we were doing. We were very impressed with him following up the way he did and it was like the communication never stopped. We got a fresher quote and were ready to begin work. Mike was very open and upfront about scheduling, pricing, and communicated with us every step of the way. All of the subs he brought in were great and we were very hands off, Mike handled everything and made sure we knew what to expect and when. As the project evolved Mike was in lock step with us and very flexible with our decision making process. The entire duration he made us feel very comfortable and made sure we were getting what we were expecting. Like every project not everything goes according to plan and Mike talked through all of the details and options allowing us to make the best decision but more importantly it’s what we wanted and felt most comfortable with. By the end of the project Mike was like another member of our family. He was amazing with our young children and our dog waited for his arrival each morning. We look forward to doing more projects with Mike and Hebert Customs in the future. We would recommend Mike to anyone because he is honest, hard working, and delivers an amazing finished product. This review doesn’t begin to scratch the surface and provide examples of just how detail driven, transparent, and communicative Mike was to work with.

Mike Hebert is the best! His work is meticulous and beautiful and he doesn’t cut corners. Mike renovated my kitchen a couple of years ago and I love it. This summer he redid my large front porch, making sure the porch was on solid footings with no more sagging, keeping the good parts, replacing rotting sections and matching everything as well as possible. I am very pleased with the result.
