The lobby is NEVER open. I've been there 5 afternoons in the last three weeks to discuss and pay my bill. There door says they're open 1:30 to 4:30 Mon-Fri yet there is ALWAYS a sign that says the lobby is closed!
If I wanted to carry on a conversation with a clown on a drive up speaker, I KNOW where McDonald's is!

I talked the the lady in the office about a payment arrangement for Friday morning online. She said that's fine and that it would be noted. They still cut my service off Thursday evening and the after hours crew is a joke.
