My experience with Raynor Campbell with Cromwell Commercial Group has been simply outstanding.

I called him because I wanted to find someone knowledgeable in commercial real estate to assess the value of my property. Like everyone in Waco, my CAD valuation had taken a huge leap, and I was trying to gather data to support my claims to reduce it as much as possible.

I spoke to Mr. Campbell, and he told me that I shouldn't spend money on a valuation from a realtor. Then, he gave me very strategic advice as to how to prepare for my protest hearing. This advice was so successful, I was able to not only win my protest, the CAD reduced the valuation of my property to lower than it had been in 2023.

At the time I spoke to Mr. Campbell, I offered to pay him for his time, but he refused. He asked only that I would recommend him if the opportunity ever arose.

The opportunity did arise, and I did recommend Mr. Campbell, but I am taking this opportunity, as well.

We all need great professionals in our lives. We all need a great "guy" who helps solve our problems - a great insurance guy, a great accountant, a great lawyer, a great contractor, etc. These "guys" are so important, whether they are women or men, because they make our lives so much easier.

So, I am enthusiastically recommending Raynor Campbell to everyone who reads this review. Raynor Campbell is the "REAL ESTATE GUY".
