Parked on the street at 4am for 630am appointment. Walked down the block to check in at 5am (receiving is open 5am-12pm). Told to drive through gate and would be given a call for a door. Had to circle the lot for a safe spot. I'd recommend just wait on the street for a call. Didn't get a call until 715am. Finally unloaded at 1045am. Had 3 doors on my left open and 5 on my right and the next driver was already waiting for me to leave so he can have my door.

If I could rate this lower then a 1 star I would. If you get this load for a delivery refuse the load. You park on the road (if possible) to hand in your paperwork then they call you for a door. If they don't have space on the road they tell you to leave and come back. I had a 0500 appt and was told everyone on the road had the same appt time. I was belittled for trying to ask what to do when I went through the gate since this is a dead end road and had no way to get off of it. DO NOT GO!

One of the smaller Sysco's I've delivered to. Not much space to park once you are in the gate. Everything else was fine. The ladies at the gate were pleasant with smiles on their faces. Capstone was fast. As usual, getting the bills is a slow process. But overall a pleasant experience.

3 hours to deliver 1 pallet is insane, so much disrespect for the drivers who bust their butt's to deliver to the customers. None of these companies or employees would even have jobs if us drivers didn't do our job. All these grocery warehouses act like they're doing us a favor by unloading our trucks and overcharging us to unload their own products. No wonder this country is going down hill..

-Lady who tell you the dock no. She’s very rude.
-4 hours to unload .
-Restroom available.
-Night parking available
-2 star ⭐️ is Ok.
Good thing is only they have parking and restrooms.

MAKE SURE U PARK AT THE FIRST SPOT AVAILABLE WALK TO BUILDING AND CHECK IN OR UR GONNA BE SCREWED IN TRAFFIC.
If ur door is taken u have to find some where to park until they free your door. This could take up to 35mins. In and out 4 hrs. Check in AT appt time. Bunch of trucks lined up in street, turns into a one/way. They will bring paperwork. Guard was nice but unloader was stand-offish

Honestly Google should start Negative ⭐️
I mean i was the first one to check in @ 4:45 AM
For 5 AM appointment and she gave me dock @ 6:30 with someone already getting unloaded at

And then wait for 2 hours for 3 pallets delivery
And restrooms sucks

Few trucks can get parked overnight on the street
