Had an electrical emergency and called KSB after hearing great things about them. Kevin came out and diagnosed the issue quickly and resolved everything, while keeping me informed throughout the repair. He provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I will definitely call them again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing an electrician.
