I was at a wedding yesterday and Pete provided the food- incredible! Not only was the meal delicious (we had pork, chicken, beans, corn bread, potatoes, green beans and salad) but it was such a neat experience to see the process! Pete took time to explain everything and it was a huge hit. Thank you so much, will definitely be calling him for my own future event!!!

We had a Hog Roast fundraiser for the West Hartland Volunteer Fire Department. We had originally booked it with a different caterer who bailed on us a week before the hog roast. I called Pete on a very short notice and he jumped through hoops to make sure the Hog roast went on without any problems. The health department came out and inspected all his equipment and food which passed with no problems. Pete was professional and the food was great. Thanks to Pete for saving us last minute.

Pete did a pig roast for my grandparents 65th anniversary party we had ages ranging from 1-85 years old attend and every single person raved about how amazing the food was! Everything was amazing from the mains to the sides it was perfect for our event and the kids got a kick out of Pete dressing up the pig head! They all loved it!

This is a truly professional butcher. Only uses top shelf meat products. Nice guy who is a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended. He takes great pride in making great steak and he really knows his stuff!
Also, you're going to like the corn bread... If you go to an event with Pete The Butcher cooking the goods, you won't be disappointed!

Pete recently did a pig roast along with appetizers and sides for our wedding and we were thrilled with it! Everything was ready to go time and he did a great job coordinating with the staff we hired from a separate company. Throughout the process of planning Pete was very helpful and was even able to suggest people for staffing while we were still looking for a vendor for it. A great guy who makes great food, and would recommend to anyone in need of a great pig roast!

Incredible! Pete catered our friends and family barbecue this past weekend. We are so pleased we chose him and could not offer higher compliments or a better recommendation - he knows his stuff and is a really nice guy!

Everything was amazing and everyone raved about the food. We had a whole pig, cherry smoked chicken and a smattering of sides. The smoked chicken and the honey buttered cornbread were crowd favorites, the chicken was simply the best! We ordered it per his recommendation and I am so glad we did. Almost out did the pork, almost.

Prior to our event, he was very helpful in picking our menu and responsive to all our requests and questions. We didn't worry about a thing - which was key to hosting nearly 100 people at our home - we had no time to worry. He took care of everything.

Pete was at our wedding shower today. And when I tell you he went above and beyond he went ABOVE AND BEYOND! He helped us set up decorations for my shower! They were extremely kind and welcoming! Everyone loved him and the pork was OUT OF THIS WORLD! He was on time and the food was ready right on time and we had more then enough. We will never go to anyone else! And another thing...you can’t beat his prices.
