I just bought a new side-by-side and trailer from my dealer. Upon pick up, everything worked nicely, then I loaded my side-by-side and two lights on the back of the trailer stopped functioning. The left side tail light, and the right side ID bar on the back quit working. Having spent more than 40 years in trucking and service related industries, I know a thing or two about trailer lights and how to fix them. Since we’re in the year 2024 and everything has gone LED Zieman decided cheap incandescent stuff would be really well suited for their product, (profit before quality) This weekend I’m sure I’ll spend a good amount of time rewiring the trailer and making sure all the grounds are clean and tight as well as replacing the cheap parts. The tail light comes on if you tap it lightly with your finger, clearly a bad ground. They really need to get their poop together on quality control just because it works when it leaves doesn’t mean it will years later when the workmanship is sub standard. I will update with pictures of what I find. Additionally, the cargo security points are positioned in such a way so as to damage your straps another poor design. If I had to do it over, I would’ve picked another brand but for those who don’t know much and don’t haul much it’ll work because they won’t know how a proper trailer is supposed to be set up
