Well, this is my first time here. So my experience is just so,so. It's very easy to check in, kiosk, then you wait on goto the door. No overnight parking, but I noticed you can create one if need be on location. Since the water line busted, they had me go to another location about 12 minutes away. With one dock, one worker unloading you. The employees were nice and helpful. And when I finally got to the dock, the forklift guy did get me up out of there as soon as possible..

Fellow Truckers PLEASE READ!! Do not book loads at the Danbury CT location. They don’t have adequate workers to load the trucks and have cancelled on me TWICE while my driver was onsite!! This is unacceptable and they should be held accountable for making us lose income due to their poor management and staffing practices. Book a load at this location AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

Friendly people but SUPER SLOW at loading trucks. There is no sense of urgency from the guys driving the forklifts. I dread coming back here again.

Hands-down favorite popcorn and here’s why the ratio perfect amount of flavor it’s not too much it’s right my favorite one is Himalayan sweetness. I had to get three, because these really don’t last long in my house.

They don’t care About drivers
They just load and unload their trucks first
I checked in 8 am and it’s 3 pm now still in dock very slow too

Very unprofessional and lazy people i come here 2pm with 2pm appt time is 6pm still not done not loaded they don’t have much doors but very very slow. Not recommended to come here for pick up
