We hired Tactical Construction Services LLC to replace our 26-year-old wind-damaged roof. The owner, Pablo, came out to the house to meet with us. His appearance, demeanor, expert knowledge, understanding of what was needed, and his overall presentation of what Tactical will do and how they will do it represented nothing short of pure professionalism. As his brochure states, "Quality, Integrity, Safety, Customer Service, Professionalism, Responsibility", he and his crew that installed the new roof epitomized each of those attributes. The job was completed in one day and the work zone picked up and left neat. After the job was completed, the follow up and inspection by Pablo and his brother Juan was quick, courteous and professional. We highly recommend Tactical Construction Services LLC.

From the first day I contacted the company Tactical Construcción LLC and we started with the inspection of my house, Jaime always attentive at all times helped me throughout the process from placing the claim to the final inspection... I am very grateful for everything and happy to see a job very well done after a siding replacement for storm damage,i like the color i choice..and I can say that I recommend them to the other homeowners to make use of their service... Tactical Construction Services is awesome! We recently had some damage to our roof caused by the severe thunderstorms that hit Trumbull on Saturday afternoon. I called a couple of GAF roofing companies on Tuesday morning after I discovered the damage to the roof who said they couldn't help us for quite a while. However, when I spoke with Juan, the owner of Tactical Consruction, after speaking initially with his brother Pablo, Juan had his foreman José come out to do an assessment. Juan let me know that they could fix the roof that same day and José was able to go out and get GAF replacement shingles that matched our roof, and was able to install them just in time before a thunderstorm occurred. The price that Juan charged me was far below what I expected. The entire experience we had with Tactical Construction was awesome. They are outstanding people, are incredibly responsive, really care about their customers, do high quality work, and are incredibly fair in what they charge. My wife and I highly recommend Tactical Construction!

Juan impressed me with his honest and timely work. I had a roof repair needed to be done. Juan and his guy came over the next day, found the matching color shingles from store and did the fix quickly and at reasonable price. Highly recommended!

We were blown away by the quality of work done at our home by this fabulous
company! We live in CT and had extensive
storm damage to our roof, gutters and interior ceilings and walls. It was a two hour drive each way for the crews but they were at our home every morning by 8AM and stayed until dark. Their work is top notch! They are professional, skilled, hardworking, neat, clean, thorough, and detail oriented. We could not believe how organized the project was from start to finish. We highly recommend them and are extremely happy with the finished project. It was a pleasure working with Tactical Construction.

Great job on our roof! Good quality of installation and craftsmanship, easy to communicate, clean, on schedule and under budget. Insurance process was easy, thanks to Pablo's assistance, we only had to pay deductible.
