This was our first insurance claim after being homeowner for 50 years and had no knowledge of the process in the fulfillment of our claim. Lorin and Sondra were pleasant to work with, answered all our numerous questions, and delivered on all promises. Their team of talented craftsmen, led masterfully by Karl, were excellent and efficient at getting our whole 1st floor repaired and looking better than it ever has. It wasn't an easy time, but it would have been much more difficult if anyone else had been brought in to try to do what Recon-CT did. I highly recommend them, as well as their partner Servpro who got rid of all moisture in all areas affected by the leak.
