I hired Gabriel for two jobs over the last 2 years. The most recent was for 2 storms on my lawn due to erosion from rain water. He finished the excavation the Friday before leaving on vacation. He said he would complete the land scraping ( topsoil, seeding and hay) when he returned. I paid him in good faith ahead of time. Upon returning, I called him and he said return the call that day and he never did. Put forth 5 calls and 3 texts and NO response, over a 4 day period. I was forced to complete the landscaping at my cost.

Prior job is a French drain. We spoke about it and after discussing he said I should have told him earlier than 2 years. He said that colleagues suggested him not to fix it. I demanded otherwise. These drains should work for many years if done right, not just 2 years.

He dug it up and put additional fabric and gravel on the old PVC. Did not touch the new pipes installed 2 years ago. I am skeptical, since it was the old drain. The new drain was the issue and shows signs that both drains are not working as promised.

I suggest that you not to hire this company!

Grosso Property Maintenance is awesome! We recently had a shed installed in our yard and weren't happy with how the crushed stone pad looked. We searched high and low for someone to help us put in a retaining wall/border around the shed and fill it with a nice stone. I contacted Grosso Property Maintenance on a Sunday evening and the work was completed (beautifully) by Thursday afternoon. I was so appreciative that Gabrielle did not try to upsell this project, he listened to exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. We will definitely be in touch again for future projects!
