They will Continually call for an appointment to come out and give you an estimate. They came out and then I haven’t heard from them for a couple of weeks. I had to literally call and get an answer on when they will come out and do the repairs after three weeks. Finally got them to come out and then come to find out they didn’t even give the proper work order for the job that needed. I do not recommend them. They also leave materials behind and. Ask you to sign something saying they are professional. 100% you came to my house the Azeem Hag was the contractor.

As first time house owners, My Husband and I are incredibly humbled and grateful by the service that Paul Davis Restoration provided us.

We recently had a “puff back” due to our Oil burner malfunctioning. Our insurance company hired Paul Davis to help with cleaning and restoration from all the soot that came in through our ceiling and floor registers.

We just wan to begin with - within hours of filing the claim Paul Davis sent Mr. Joseph Browning- their mitigation technician supervisor to walk our home and assess a facilitate the restoration process.

Joseph was kind, courteous, and professional. Joseph and his colleagues Ryan and Nicole were essentially with us through the beginning middle and end of this “puff back” soot experience. They acknowledged it and reassured us that everything would get done in a timely and professional manner, it was.

We are very grateful for the Paul Davis Restoration team. They helped us through a very overwhelming experience and helped make our house a home again.

Recently my living room sustained water damage from an apartment above me. Paul Davis sent out Greg who evaluated my damage. I can't say enough about Greg. He calmed me down and reassured me that everything could be repaired and would be back to normal soon. The next day Evan and Patrick came out as scheduled to remediate the damaged ceiling and floor. Once again I couldn't have been happier with their work. They were polite and very informed on what had to be done. Once the demolition was completed they cleaned up and replaced moved furniture. They were good and a credit to Paul Davis
