Bruce was great. Communication prior was great, he gave samples, talked about his style and answered all my questions. Day of he arrived early with some impressive videography equipment and immediately starting capturing things. He was present and worked with photographers throughout the night and got tons of footage. He delivered 8 fully edited videos to us within 2 weeks of the wedding and they were even better than we hoped. He mixed it up with all kinds of funny and serious moments. Most importantly it allowed us to feel like we were right back in our wedding, it brought us back to the whole day starting from the hotel, not just the wedding. The videos bring lots of laughter of stupid things done and said along with tears of joys for one of the most important days of our lives. Initially we debated a video due to cost but we are beyond grateful we went with it. Bruce's work doesn't merely recap the wedding he lets you revisit the experience over and over. We didn't even think about it prior but Bruce made the videos so that we could send them to people that weren't able to make the wedding and it let them feel like they were there. Thanks again Bruce.

We hired Bruce on short notice to capture footage of a small family event, since most of our family could not participate due to covid. Bruce was a pleasure to work with and we were thrilled with the video we received. Bruce listened carefully to our needs and not only satisfied them, but exceeded our expectations. Wow, wow, WOW! Just watched the first two videos from my beloved mother's memorial service and could not wait to write a glowing review. We have a family member who lives in a nursing home and neither she nor several of my mother's elderly friends, who are in their nineties, could attend, so we decided to hire Bruce Cullen of Dream Images to record the service and the reception. Communication was easy and warm from the start and remained so throughout the process. I left finding a videographer to the last minute (Thumbtack to the rescue) and I feel I got one of the best of the best despite this. Bruce was patient with my many questions. Bruce was punctual, a positive presence and unobtrusive. The resulting videos are gorgeous. The color is very rich, the framing well done and the sound quality good. It is a treat to see moments that I was not involved in and all the faces of our dear fiends and family. Amazingly, five days after the service, we already have six videos. The most common complaint on Thumbtack is videographers taking months to edit and post videos. Bruce is really Johnny-On-The Spot and receives high marks for quick delivery of his work. He really captured the day and it means the world to me that I will be able to share the service with people who because of advanced age, illness or distance, were unable to attend. Our family will treasure these videos for years to come, even generations. My recommendation of Dream Images for excellent quality, and an easy work relationship and filming process, all at a fair price could not be any higher.
