Went to this place for a La-Z-Boy repair and was really impressed with the customer service. Returned when my mother needed a new sectional and ended up getting her a bedroom set as well. You cannot beat the prices or the knowledgeable staff. Will never buy furniture any where else again.

I drove from the shoreline up to buy furniture. I ordered it before Christmas and they said it would be ready in February. I didn’t get it until mid-March and had to pay for delivery. They said it would be delivered on Saturday between 1-3 pm. They didn’t show up until 3:45 and not even a call to let me know. My weekends are valuable and I had to cancel plans because they were late. I called Monday requesting the reimbursement of the delivery fee and Jerry refused and was not even a little bit apologetic. He made excuses and implied that I was wrong to expect them to come at the agreed upon time. He was so rude. When they delivered, they did not provide an operators manual for the power recliner or info on the I Clean warranty. I had to request that they be sent to me. Ridiculous. Don’t do business here if you value your time!

Sales associates were helpful and not pushy. The prices were great! We ended up buying a new bedroom and living room set. Brand names at affordable prices. We will definitely be back when we need new furniture someday!
