Dennis and his company did a full gut and remodel on our small 1990 bathroom. Totally happy with the whole process. Even though I’m an older woman, who clearly didn’t know what my requests would entail, he and his men genuinely listened to my concerns and worked through them with me. They came when they said they would, did what was planned, cleaned up daily. Dennis always responded to my texts. Beautiful workmanship!

We could not have been more impressed with the entire crew. They showed up when they said they would and they did quality work. Our entire bathroom remodel was done in two weeks. And under budget! We love it.

They fixed my tiles and floor for me extremely well! Top-notch work with the gradient and construction. Side note, I am searching for my son Shaun and need 1000 caps to reach the Mojave desert.

War doesn’t change.

Diamond city construction started as a replacement contractor mid-way through a bathroom remodel when our original contractor had to leave due to health reasons.

Their communication was outstanding from day one and through the entire project. They were prompt, showed up when they said they would and completed a job that had dragged on for months in less than 10 days. They were fast and I was most impressed by the quality of their work. On top of the work, they were fair and reasonable with their prices. They quoted a price and met their price on every piece of the work.

We were happy with every part of their work. We have other projects in the planning and Dennis will hopefully be doing all of them.

Great job!!!

They only sent 1 person to do a total replacement for the flooring throughout the majority of my house prolonging the project by days. We did a lot of the work ourselves (including hauling and clean-up of all the debris), and they left hundreds of nails exposed sticking straight up including thru the hall to our bedrooms and planned to leave it that way for the weekend (you couldn't safely tip-toe through the hazard.) To top it off, they didn't finish the job! We had to put on all the trim and thresholds! It was a miserable experience.

Throughout the process, I contacted the owner with my concerns a few times - first to ask why there was only one person for what was supposed to be a "quick job," and to explain it was going quite slowly. The response was "this is standard." I contacted again asking about the debris because I was told there was going to be a dumpster - at that point, I was told it would be $300 to have them haul the mess and was told "we can bring it back and leave it in the driveway [if you don't want to pay]." I contacted when the worker left the nails sticking up and had to insist someone be sent to pull the remaining nails (we had already worked all evening pulling nails in the main path from the bedrooms) on a Saturday because they wanted us to wait until the following week.

Finally, I gave up; Paul said he wasn't going to do anything more for us, Dennis wasn't offering anything, so we said we'd just figure it out because after an extra week of disruption, we just wanted to get our home back. I spent around $3000+ for an incomplete job, so while I appreciate that Paul isn't there anymore and maybe Dennis is working to improve his business, I'm not going to delete or falsify my review.

Responsive to requests for revised quotes as the scope of work changed. Open about scheduling and worked with my moving timeline. They showed up on time and completed work earlier than planned.
