Delivered on time and delivery person was great

Only complaint was the wait to get signed up even though I had done everything online I had to do it again in store. And was charged for the LWD even though I declined it.

Our stuff was supposed to be delivered Friday and at 4 o’clock we call and Marcus the manager says oh I had to send my guys home this morning because of over time, yet he didn’t have the common courtesy to call and let us know. He then says well I’ll make sure you’re the first delivery in the morning and they didn’t show until 5:30 this evening and didn’t even bring what they were supposed to. They are all rude and smart mouthed. Don’t waste your time like we did. If I could give -5 stars I would…. Poor businessman….

My husband and I had MULTIPLE problems out of them. First when we got our fridge from them they gave us one that did not work and then was told that the serial number on the fridge we were given did not match what was on our account. So we had been paying for almost a month on a fridge we weren’t even supposed to have! We were supposed to be on a bi weekly payment and they kept changing it to weekly and refused to change it back to bi weekly. When we found a better fridge for a better deal we told them they could come get their fridge. They told us it would be Friday at 1:30 before they could get it. They did not come to pick it up until Monday. When they came to pick it up they were extremely disrespectful by backing into our yard when it was not needed and talking badly about our house and yard ( I have video proof.). Will not recommend this place to anyone ever. If I could give it 0 stars I would. NEVER AGAIN.

Everything is always amazing when I interact with the employees at my local store. The team there are always welcoming , friendly and very knowledgeable and smiles for days you feel like your visiting a family member not a department store love these guys

Absolutely RUDE all the time and refuses to deliver a bed 0.8 miles from their store literally lies all the time whenever we call to talk about it being delivered even went as far to say it was being put on the truck to be delivered. Waits 30 minutes calls back and they say, “Oh itll be tomorrow!” ITS BEEN 4 DAYS WEVE WAITED ON THEM TO DELIVER THE BED. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL, LAZY, AND RIDICULOUS! Someone needs to go in there and take over because every SINGLE time I called to talk to someone they was rude as all can get out!
UPDATE: Next day it’s supposed to be delivered today and it’s now 7:34 done talked to a manager who PROMISED it’ll be delivered TODAY guess what wasn’t delivered. THE BED. Guess I’m calling corporate again Monday this is RIDICULOUS!!

If I could give a 0 I would . I've called 5 times today , because of a couch that I ordered last Thursday and it was suppose to be delivered today on Monday between 3:00 and 5:00pm . I called at 5:30 and they wouldn't answer , so I called from a different number and they picked up . I was told the driver left 20 mins prior to 5:30 and was on their way to my house and it is now 7:00 pm and still no couch . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL ! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I will be at the establishment tomorrow to get my couch myself , because I refuse to wait and be lied to .
