It's not the greatest. Although it has been redesigned and reconfigured it's not welcoming.

The remodelled library has a new feel and is reasonably spacious. Separate reading areas for kids, teens and adults which is awesome! A good selection of textbooks (e.g. for general reading and STEM) and a really nice "maker space" for 3D printing. Also, ample parking.

I’m very impressed with this library has so much to offer it is community focused, and resource oriented. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable. They specialize in different fields of programs that the library offers. When you walk in you want to do what you came for, but you can’t help notice how the library is full of artifacts, history, and you end up wandering and exploring the library. As you are Looking at the artifacts and paintings, reading around, and indulging in the atmosphere. This library is a museum at the same time , very unique experience. I learned a lot about the library, Connecticut river valley and historical Connecticut. I encourage all visitors whether out of state or locals to engage with the staff to seek the information and help you are looking for so can accomplish your tasks and goals.

I like the library, the people who works there are helpful. They secretly talk to people when they are loud.

I am quét disappointed with how staff members continue to have loud conversations while people are trying to study. I understand when people ask them question but should this conversation linger for so long with laughter, please this needs to addressed because some of us leaves our homes to study in a quiet environment and end up with these noise, not from participants but from staff. Very disappointing

Summer is so hot and this library had minimum air conditioner going, which causes the air quality in the library to be muggy, I was sweating?
This library charges 25 cents per print in black and white, they will give you a receipt, most libraries are charging $10 per prints, some even give you a few pages for free, tell me why this public library is so expensive in the black neighborhood.

Not much of public library seems more workers than people can not walk more than 10 ft without encountering a worker also not many areas to sit down quietly and study. In fact the only place they have to quietly study is one room and only one person is allowed at time and you have to sign up ahead.
