Such an amazing experience through Granite City. We worked with Natasha. She is so sweet and patient. She answered all of our questions and made great suggestions. We had gone here before we were 'officially' planning our kitchen and fell in love with the business and the stone. When it came time to work with our contractor I told him we needed to get our granite from Granite City. He said he had worked with them before and they are very good, so we did! I have been working with a lot of different contractors during our renovation and the granite city folks, by far, have been the best to work with. Sarah, in sales (front office) is professional, yet real and down to earth. She has a clear knack for being able to sell a product in an honest manner (which is non-existent today in the world of sales). Additionally, her customer service skills are stellar! The installers were top notch professionals. They took the absolute most and best care to protect my floors and leave their work area perfectly clean, of anyone (including owners of companies) that have entered my home during this trying time). They are hard working and very personable…two traits not often found together in the home improvement industry. My kitchen and bathroom counters are both beautiful and functional. I don't even know where to start, we had such a great experience! We have worked with The Granite City (Anthony) for over a year now and since we first walked in everyone there was so kind and helpful (the genuine kind, not that fake “I want to sell you something” kind). That same day we purchased 2 slabs of granite but we weren't ready to start the kitchen. They held onto our granite for 1 year until we were ready. No other place would have even considered doing that. Once the project got started everything went so smoothly. We even had a broken cabinet that wasn't The Granite City fault and they got us a new one in 1 week (which might seem like a long time but it was a custom cabinet which normally takes a lot longer than 1 week). They fought to do the right thing without us even asking. We also had a complex custom granite put up as a backsplash behind the stove (goes all the way up to the ceiling, with a hood installed on it) and they made it perfect. They supported it well and made it look so nice. The entire crew at The Granite City is professional and knowledgeable. When we couldn't get out of work by their closing time Anthony stayed extra hours for us. Anthony personally came and watched the installation happen. There was impressive coordination and above and beyond customer service at very affordable prices. Don't go anywhere else, go with The Granite City.

We shopped around for estimates for weeks and The Granite City was by far the best. I reached out to Anthony and he was amazing. Every place of business should have someone as pleasant, helpful, understanding and just awesome as he. Upon installation day there was a computer miscalculation and the counter was the wrong size. I was so upset but Anthony and his crew went above and beyond. Another counter top was made the same day and installed within hours!!! Truly amazing. I can't say enough wonderful things about The Granite City and their staff. I would definitely recommend to anyone!!
