Derek was a pleasure to work with! Lester and Jerry, the crew working on both of our bathrooms were fantastic to work with. They were always on time, so polite and professional (both with a sense of humor), hard working, precise, and very detailed in their work. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed with their services.

My insurance company recommended Leads. It was not a good choice. They weren’t ion time. Besides a couple of days of the workers coming out there would only be one worker out to complete the job, which it took longer than expected for the job to be completed. My uncle had to help the worker remove things. For instance there was a new toilet and vanity to be brought in, which means the old toilet and vanity needed to be removed and taken outside. The worker couldn’t pick the items up alone to remove them so my uncle helped him. This was one of a few times my uncle had to assist as if he was a contractor and being paid. They would state they would arrive at one time, then arrive hours later without word in some instances. The project manager was not in the know of what was going on. He would simply arrive, look around briefly then leave. The job took longer than needed to because the company clearly overbook their work orders and do not have the necessary man power to complete projects in a timely manner. They stated they would work room by room but no. They would start on one room without completing it and then go to another. Our belongings were all over the place because they weren’t completing a full room as promised so we could not put belongings back in their proper places. Also I was told to send items, sku numbers and store locations of the items I wanted to be picked up. I sent that information Oct 2nd and when they arrived to start work. They came out to work a week and a half later and had not picked up any of the flooring and it was. I longer available. I had to pick out other flooring who waits until the day of to try and go purchase flooring for a job. They were unprofessional, not timely, poor manpower, and some items in my home were rushed and not fixed properly. There’s a wall in my home where the drywall they input was not sanded down all the way, so when they painted over it there’s a visible hunk/lumps in the wall. I also had to tell them why would they leave outlets hanging out the wall without any covers. They just pushed furniture in front of the outlets. They did fix the majority of the outlets up of there return. But would not have, had I not called and told them it needed to be fixed. Now I’m still waiting on the project manager to come out today to look at and fix the wall in my home. Even though the last day they were in my home, my mother pointed the issue out to him and I called him about it and he said he would return later that day to look at it and he never showed up. I won’t count on him showing up today either. Also they didn’t even have a dump truck to gather all items being taken apart, and needing to be threw out. They put all the items in our garbage and we had to take it out to the curb on garbage day. It’s so much stuff out garbage cans are still full. I have never seen a construction company to cheap to pay for a dumpster of sorts to put items being taken up and removed from the home. Save yourself a headache and don’t do business with Leads.

February 2020, a drunk driver drove into our house. We picked and used LEADS Construction to repair our house. The BEST choice we ever made. Starting with Derek & Joe from LEADS, to subcontractor Tom & his fantastic crew. Everything was done first class,from first detailed proposal to the end of job cleanup. They were attentive to our needs and concerns, they gave valued insight for improvement, , any item that needed additional work was completed promptly. Very skilled tradesmen in all aspects of the reconstruction. LEADS followed through on all our calls and Emails.

We were expecting our first child right at the the time of our home’s water damage, and they treated us kindly and moved quickly to assist us given our unique predicament. I was referred to Leads Construction Company after experiencing storm damage to our roof, which caused a bad leak into a finished area on the upper level. A less reputable company could have easily taken advantage of the situation, and proposed all sorts of un-necessary work. But, the crew from Leads did a TRULY EXCELLENT job in diagnosing the source of the leak, as well as HONESTLY proposing and performing the right solution at a VERY FAIR AND REASONABLE PRICE, saving our home from further damage during a year of seemingly endless rain.

Recently, I had water damage in several rooms. Leads Construction of Burr Ridge came to the rescue. Vic, the owner, carefully itemized and photographed the damage for submission to the insurance company. I felt I was in good hands. This proved to be true.

Joe and his crew of Mike, Nick and others beautifully painted and did repairs. The furniture, pictures, light fixtures were protected and put back in place. Every question and concern was handled patiently and politely. Also, I appreciated Andrea keeping me informed in a timely manner during the process of approval and scheduling.

We recently used Leads after they were recommended by my insurance agent for repair of storm damage & couldn't of been more satisfied. From Zachary working with adjustor to assure the claim was fair, complete & accurate to Kevin's communications about progression of work, to Jakub & his crew's high quality roofing & gutter repairs, the work was completed seamlessly. We had a pipe burst during the polar vortex last year and Leads helped us repair everything to get back into our condo quickly.

They helped us negotiate with our insurance to get the coverage we needed to repair all the damages.

There were a couple minor mistakes and they came back and fixed them. What’s crazy is they came back to fix stuff after we paid them so it speaks volumes to who they are as a company. (My brother-in-law works in construction and he was shocked they came back after we had paid them.)

Everything was beautiful. Joe and Tom were kind people to work with and we really appreciated them throughout the process.
