I had a very old dishwasher and needed a new one. My neighbor recommended Art’s. John took care of me and showed me several options. He was very respectful that I couldn’t afford an expensive one. I was very concerned as I was afraid the installers would have a hard time getting the old one out! However, to my delight, the two installers Corey and Joey worked hard and made the exchange. I had a great experience all around!!!

I just purchased a new dryer from Arts and got great service. They took excellent care of me and I have to say the two guys that delivered and installed were 2 of the nicest, most professional, friendly guys I’ve ever had in my home. If for nothing else I would use them because of them!!!! Arts is the place to go!!!!

I bought a GE Profile dishwasher from Arts. Had 3 different problems in the first 6 months of ownership. It took GE a MONTH to fix each time. A year later and it’s broken again, now out of warranty.

Arts has done absolutely nothing of value to help with the situation, they prefer that I take my business elsewhere vs. actually doing anything.

I tried to give the little guy some business and got burned. I hate to say it, but you’re better off buying from big box. Live and learn.

Do NOT go.
Horrible customer service, no help with a serious problem with a new, very expensive refrigerator. Had it not been for the FP senior management involvement/agreement with us, NOTHING would have been done to rectify the problems. Six visits in total. A nightmare.
Very disconcerting after spending in excess of 20K on appliances over the last few years (paid up front, btw), we were left hanging out to dry— on our own.

I won’t ever purchase from Arts ever again. Purchased a brand new washer and dryer off of the recommendation of the sales associate. Got the units home and was very unhappy with the way they performed. There was nothing “wrong” as in they were not broken, but I wasn’t pleased. I called the store to see if we could return, willing to pay restocking and was planning to purchase new ones through them, they said absolutely not and that there was nothing they could do. I called another local/small business appliance store and they could not believe Arts would not take the units back. They even offered to take the washer and dryer and sell them for me as well! All that said, Arts lost a customer. It’s a shame given we have several more appliances to purchase as we remodel our new home.
