One of the employees was extremely rude and nasty to me and my sister when we were browsing the perfume section. Yelled at us multiple times saying we’re not allowed to smell the perfumes and that we shouldn’t be smelling them if we’re not buying them. Meanwhile I had a perfume in my cart that I actually did end up buying. Thankfully there was another employee that was very sweet and apologized to us for her coworkers behavior. I’ve never had an issue coming to this store before but this ruined my entire shopping experience. I appreciate the other employee that was actually nice and had good customer service but in the future I will be going to a different location.

My happy place for their wide selection of home decor, furniture, and other household items at discounted prices. I like that I can shop both TJMaxx and HomeGoods on this branch. Love their constantly rotating stock, stylish and nice quality products, and the thrill of finding great deals is always fun. Although it is sometimes hard to find what I’m looking for due to ever changing store layouts and some cluttered displays. Still well-regarded for their great value and unique products. Spring has sprung at TJMaxx and HomeGoods in East Haven.

Name brand clothes for less, which is always great. Nice selection of bags (pocket books) , shoes, and clothes. Though sometimes it's hit or miss, sometimes you can find great deals. Lots of hair products, perfumes, make up, and like I said name brands for half the price!!!!

The cashiers are spreading false information all for credit card application. Encouraging people to apply if they haven’t used their card in 6 months because they claim it goes inactive.
