The worst material supplier I have ever used. This was my first time using Magellan. They gave me a 7-14 day ship window and a couple hundred dollars cheeper than a competitor. This was a week faster than the another supplier. However, they were 3 weeks late on shipping. Also, it was clearly communicated that the material needed to be cut. Didn't cut the material, which meant that I now had to cut hardened Stainless steel without a saw. Then tries to blame me for shipping the material in one piece instead of cut (because it was rushed). As one would expect, shipping a 100" long bar would cost quite a lot. In fact, more than 3 time what it would have cost cut in half. With all of this, I would have expected that they would have voluntarily offered compensation for the mistake of miss-quoting the time frame, and miss-handling, and miss- shipping. However, none was given. So I had to ask for it. They initially offered such a small amount it was rather insulting. So after many more e-mails, a phone call in which I was pretty much hung-up on, they finally offered something that was a little closer to reasonable. But still far under where I thought it should be. They did not retain me as a future customer, and I am posting this because, I believe there ought to be some accountability to the way businesses operate. And Magellan under-performed.
