Just met one of their owners (?) selling at Stew Leonards. Nice guy, and I bought a couple cans. I just cracked one and am loving it (blueberry ginger). Just the right amount of bite, delicious flavors, and I'm sure it's gonna be good for my health. Will buy more!

3.2.24 Tiny area but huge flavors. What a fun place to visit and the Kombucha is amazing. You can try samples and then purchase cans or growlers. I liked the guava and elderberry ginger best. This place is dog friendly and adjacent to it is Spacecat brewery.

Tricky to find but loved it once we got there! The guy at the bar was super friendly and knowledgeable. We had the flight and tried a few delicious kambuchas, and the guava was hands-down, our favorite! Absolutely recommend it if you are in the area.

I got to meet the owner while he was doing a tasting at Stew Leonard's in Brookfield. I'm a kombucha fan because of its amazing flavor and health benefits. That said, I'm pretty picky about what I drink. I find most kombucha lands in two different camps: too weak or too strong/sour. It takes a lot of work to get that balance right between the two, but East Coast Kombucha NAILS it! I tasted their guava on tap, which was on the lighter side and the ginger which is utter perfection. I bought several cans to take home, and I'm happy to say it tastes just as good as on tap! This small business made it through the pandemic and is doing so much right. Be sure to support local so they can keep going!

We found out about this local business at a farmers market in New Canaan, Saturdays. When I tasted the Kombucha, I was so shocked that it actually tasted really good. I say that only because I tried other brands and nothing was as good as this one. Kombucha is a great for gut health. We liked it so much that we went to there to do a tour. Really appreciate the time they took to show us around and offered us samples to try. I love learning about how things are produced so that was pretty cool. They have some tasty seasonal flavors like cherry, hibiscus, and peach rose (all three are my favorites so far). We plan to visit every Saturday to fill up our growler and try new flavors.
