Deliveries are quick from NY , but the guys loading trucks seem to want to play inserting forks into machines and damaging them I have had a 50% rate of damage on shipments. A real pain to get new parts and time to fix their errors. I wish our vendor could put cameras on unit to see where the damage occurs.

The absolute worst. They have missed every single pickup we've ever had with them (about 5 now). They don't call, and they have absolutely zero regard for their customers. The last time we had a missed pickup they told me several times throughout the day that the driver was coming. We waited until 7pm on a Friday calling every few hours for updates. Each time, dispatch told us they would be arriving shortly. Today, the driver said the roads were closed and they couldn't make it through with a 26ft box truck. Meanwhile, we've had two 18 wheelers come in for pickups today. Avoid this company at all costs...we simply don't have a choice with them being booked by a 3rd party.

Was told I would get my delivery by 1 o'clock and didn't show up. Called the company and was told that it wasn't on the truck. Promised that I would have it by noon today yep you guess it no show. I canceled the delivery and sent back to shipper. I would not recommend Central Transport out of Connecticut

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SHIPPING COMPANY!!!! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! They have had my material for a job site for 3 weeks and have yet to make the delivery. After numerous phone calls. Scheduled the delivery 4 times and 4 times no delivery and no phone call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for you shipping needs. Especially if you're on a tight job schedule.

This is the worst trucking Company we have ever dealt with. I watched the arrival date change three times and on the last one they told me they couldn't unload the truck so it would not be delivered until the next day even though our product arrived at 5 A.M., which is the fourth change of delivery date. Stay away from these guys, they have no clue what they are doing. They cost me a customer and that's not cool. If they are the last trucking company on the planet I will hand deliver the material myself on my back

Almost the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with! A vendor sent one pallet to us using these hacks and the tracking said it had arrived to our local terminal on a Wednesday. It is now the following Tuesday, We still have not seen our pallet and it is impossible to get anyone in the company actually on the phone! I will never intentionally use these idiots ever again and suggest that anyone in the market for service STAY AWAY and save yourself the hassle!

If it was possible to give this company less than 1 star I would. Our vendor who paid for the shipping of material used Central to ship us 2 skids of material. only one made it. Central has made little to no effort to show any concern or care in finding what amounts to thousands of dollars of product for us. They are not even set up in a way that allows them to update you when they do find out anything if they did because apparently their call centers/customer service centers are not able to make outgoing calls. This means it is on the customers to call as often as felt needed to ask for an update.

We and our shipping integrator do not use Central because of experiences like this. If you do not value your shipment or do not care about your product ever making it to your recipient then this is the company for you!

The WORST shipping company I’ve ever dealt with. Damaged every shipment we had with them, plus the give you an insane run around and refuse to pay out claims for the damage they cause. RUN don’t walk away from them. We will NEVER use them again. Horrible!!
