I recently bought some welding equipment from Mark at Fowlers Welding Supply. Can not say enough with how pleasant of an experience it was. Mark was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable (Im far from a professional welder). He took a good a mount of time talking to me, answering my questions and getting me set up. Mark is excellent. I’ve been purchasing welders and welding supplies from him for going on 18 years now. I wanted to try stick welding again after about 50 years and Mark at Fowlers set me up with a Prime Weld stick 160 and a Forney Easy weld mask. I can't say I'm making great welds already but the equipment has certainly made it easier to get started. The Stick 160 is intuitive and the Forney mask really has helped me starting an arc. I can see my work and the instant an arc starts the mask darkens so I can see what I'm doing. The speed of the darkening was so quick I was startled at first but I got used to it pretty fast. I'm not going to post any photos until my skill level comes up a bit. Thanks to Fowlers I can take my tinkering to new heights.

Bought an 80cf Ar and an 80cf Ar/Co2 tank. Owner was great, friendly, quick, and helpful. They have a great supply of torches, stick, tig, mig, plasma consumables and supplies, PPE, actual welders (Miller, primeweld, and Forney), tables, etc. Given my experience in the area, I would highly recommend anyone in the area give them a go. I drove an hour and I will do it again every time.
