OTR Driver. Delivered here. Came a day early from appointment time, they accepted and unloaded very timely to. Nice folks here,come with respect n you'll receive the same. Good docking area to back into. Come into truck entry, and I give them high praise for having Shipping & Receiving signage at street for truck entrance. ovnp allowed was told far corner out of way of docks.

Phones are never answered by a tech, you have to leave a message with someone, and wait for a call back. If you miss the call back, you have to start over again. Even if you call right when they open, you are asked to leave a number for a call back.
To date, I've lost multiple days of work waiting on repairs for faulty plotters, and now software issues. I work for a nationally known hospital, and can't have downtime like this.

No matter who you call, you can't get help right away. Then when the tech FINALLY does reach out, and you miss their call, you can't call them back and have to start all over calling support (called 4 times yesterday). I've been getting the run around for months now for repairs. I'm actively looking for another vendor to support Gerber sample tables, since they don't very well at all. I will say the techs are very good once you finally are able to make contact.
Gerber needs to change how they help their customers that have purchased tables and service contracts. I would not recommend at this time.

My biggest mistake was accepting a job offer from this Company in Tolland 2 years ago, unfortunately for me I did like the job and the people from the very beginning and this was probably what kept me here for so long but the level of unprofessionalism and hypocrisy is so bad I had to resign I wouldn’t recommend this company for any decent person that needs a job.

It's a good time been here for machine testing. Equipped by good R&D facility the performance of machine being improved lately. The only things is Gerber must resolve the interrupted CEI file on Cutwork software.

One of the worst companies I have ever worked with. We have called repeatedly about service on a machine and have not received a response. I even have the service tech cell phone number and he is not answering either. Very poor way to do business. If you are thinking about doing work with them stay away.
