Older lady was rude ! She was behind the counter as we approached and decided to walk out and start fiddling with some things on a cart, although she saw us standing there. We stood there for a min or two and she asks If she can help us. We replied yes, and she mumbles under her breath for a few seconds then comes back behind the counter where she proceeded to huff and puff and very rudely attempt to help us. She was clearly not happy about it, not sure if she was upset that her coworkers didn't come out to help us first or what but she was rude enough to make us walk out in the middle of her searching for our parts on the computer. I have never walked out like this before. If she is unhappy about her job she needs to get another one and not take it out on the customers.

I am ALWAYS treated well when I go there. The computers were down today so they couldn't look up parts. Seems to be an ongoing issue!? Tami in commercial is very knowledgeable!

Went in this morning at 7:20 to swap out a windershield wiper that was wrong. Gavan was very helpful and knowledgeable. He then proceeded to go out in 30 degree weather to put it on for me. Thank you Gavan for being professional and helpful.

I called this store asking if they had a spark plug in stock , that I had the number to look it up by & Cheryl was so rude & told me I could come look for it but that wasn’t something they could just look up so I went to the one in Alabama City & Hope was so helpful & nice & was indeed able to look it up for me so I wouldn’t have to look around the store for something I know nothing about . Poor customer service on Cheryl’s part

Very worst experience ever. 3 days ago I called to price a part. $47 not bad right? Well that's what I thought also. Only thing the part had to be ordered. No problem I was told I could pick it up at the next morning any time after 7:30am. When I got there the part was not there and after looking it had not been ordered. So I paid for it and was told after 8:00am the next morning. Again I waited and went at like 9:45am the next day. It wasn't there but I was told a very specific time to be back 2:09pm same day. Well once again not there. So after getting home I called and spoke with a person there. I explained that i had paid for my part 2 days before and the 3 times I came to pick up my part and still never got it. I was told that it had never been ordered. Today I get it and it was the wrong thing. Im sure that there has been satisfied customers but im not one of them.

As a woman, it's very common to go to an auto parts store & feel like you're getting pushed into buying something you don't need. Not here! I go out of my way, passing 3 or 4 other stores just to come to this one because I know I'll get great service, a great price & no pushing.

Best experience at an advance auto parts I've ever had. Cheryl was an absolute angel and gave me advice, was to the point and asked all the right questions as well as teaching me somethings about my car. When they say these ladies take care of you, they mean it!

Those guys are always helpful. Engine light came on, they scanned it for free, nothing too serious. Ordered the part, will install it when it comes. I'd say, go there before you go to a dealer, they will save you money. A young fella by the name of Austin was a big help. I think they are great.
