Allevo Builders transformed my ranch home’s dated interior to a beautiful, updated space (all new trim, doors, and conversion of old Andersen windows to new tilt-in versions). They are professional, reliable, respond promptly to calls/texts, answer questions graciously, do quality work and are just the nicest of people. Randy prepared the project materials orders and worked directly with the supplier when necessary, and was very flexible as far as scheduling around other work going on at the same time. I highly recommend using Allevo Builders.

We just had the Allevo Builders remodel and expand our bathroom. They did an incredible job. I can't say enough about their professionalism, workmanship, and the ease of working with them. We had our upstairs bathroom done by Randy and Rob Allevo of Allevo builders in 2010 and had them back to do our laundry room addition this year (2022) and were absolutely delighted with their excellent work. They are the best builders anyone could ask for. From the initial consultation and quote, to interfacing with subcontractors, to the actual construction, they were consummate professionals who were dedicated to making sure the job was done correctly. Their attention to detail was a thing to behold. They were never without a smile and a “good morning” at the start of each day made sure the jobsite was cleaned up at the end of each day.
We would absolutely recomment Allevo Builders to anyone who needs to have work done on their home.

The Allevo Builders have done a great deal of work on our home including a front porch addition, a garage addition, and the remodeling of our bathrooms. Randy and Rob did a number of projects including building new stairs, privacy lattice, replaced a specialized window, coordinated a roof replacement and numerous smaller repairs. They are true craftsmen that take pride in everything they do and leave the property clean when they are done. If you want someone that will do the job right the first time, these builders are for you. Very dependable and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this builder.

Rob and Randy put an addition on our home this Winter / Spring. They were always punctual, explained everything as they went and kept the site clean throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail was obvious from beginning to end. No shortcuts were taken.... everything was first-class! They are "old-school" craftsmen using modern construction methods and materials.
