CT Power Tools is a GREAT company to do business with. Both Michael and Richard really care about their customers and go the extra mile to take care of them. I purchased a piece of special exotic wood (a huge slab of Purple Heart) from CT. I was from out of state and Michael held the product for me for 6 plus months until I could pick it up. Excellent communication and very fair prices. I will do business with them again in the future and recommend them highly.

Needed a new resaw blade for my bandsaw. Saw that I could get one on Amazon from a small business so I did. Like to support small business as much as possible. It's been over a week and no blade. Got an email it shipped 5 days ago. I find it crazy it didn't make it to my house, which is less than an hour from the store, in that amount of time. I could have walked there and back quicker. Don't pay attention to the 5 star reviews. I'm willing to bet they were bought. Don't buy from these guys unless your willing to, or can, wait a long time for your stuff.

I was skeptical about ordering on-line from CTPowerTools based on the poor reviews. The newest seemed to be during the pandemic and was a year old.

I decided to call the shop and checked stock on the router lift I wanted to purchase. A gentleman answered the phone, went to check stock, and told me they had the item I wanted.

I placed the order on-line with delivery to me in the midwest. The item shipped the next day and arrived three business days later in great condition. All went well.

Made a purchase via their Amazon store. Was 2 weeks on the product and only sent 1 of 3 by this point too late. I bought local. Was refunded my purchase minus a 20% restock fee. Even on the items that never showed up. Had to dispute it. Save yourself the hastle. Don't order from here

I wouldn't never use these crooks again. Bought from them using Amazon marketplace. They falsely advertised the wrong product and when I returned the unopened package they charged a restocking fee that was 15% of the cost of the product. The box was unopened and I tried to contact them the day of the purchase to cancel the order and they sent it anyways. What a scam. Untrustworthy trash seller. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I have purchased many items from this shop. They have been great to work with. We travel 50 minutes to them because we trust their guidance. We ordered a sander for our work shop in Berlin CT. There was some issues with the machine from the factory after it was installed here......Next day Victoria and Mike had someone out here straitening it out for us right away. What else can you ask for as a customer? I would drive 2 hours to visit their show room if I had to. They are that helpful.

Buyer beware...Ordered a Delta Power Tools 40-694 20 In. Variable Speed Scroll Saw for $370 total off of Amazon. The seller cancelled my order reporting incorrect pricing. New price is now listed at $474 before tax and shipping. If I was buying at a store, any store would honor the incorrect listed price. Ironically, the saw was listed at Home Depot for $299 with free shipping. Hope it was worth the lost business CT tools.
