I have nothing good to say, unfortunately. The owner is extremely rude and didn't listen to what I was requesting them to do. After they welded a frame member ½" to far forward on my truck, my bumper and skid plate no longer fit properly. I asked him to cut the frame member off and do it again correctly, which he refused. He actually threatened to fight me after I insisted that he needed to own up to his mistakes, saying "your to small to pick fights". I wasn't trying to fight at all, I just wanted the work to be done properly and professionally. After losing all confidence that he could do the job, I suggested that he gives me a full refund so I could take my business elsewhere, to which he said he'd only give me back half of what I paid. Absolutely ridiculous.

Eventually, we came to an agreement that they could modify my bumper and skid plate to make things "work" (a bandaid for the problems they created for me). However, when I picked my truck up, only the bumper was modified to fit "properly." For the skid plate, they just installed it incorrectly and called it good. They said they didn't need to modify it, even though I specifically told them what to do. I really don't want to go back for a third time and rehash another argument with this guy. So I'm thinking I'll bite the bullet and figure it out myself or find a better fabrication shop.

Between them not measuring and doing it correct the first time, cutting corners to wrap up the job quicker the second time, the owner being extremely rude, and the lack of ownership for their mistakes. I can not stress this enough.... go somewhere else.
