Came in with my Fiat 500 with a laundry list of things. Honestly thought it would be a nightmare. Not the case. Everything was great about the experience I had here. Parts I thought I would be waiting for were installed that day- transparent explanations and great customer service. The head owner in the office runs his store well. Great place and I will be coming here from now on. My little fiat has never run better! ::)

I went to get a full synthetic oil change today and it was one of the worse experiences I have had. They told me that they do not top off any fluid because it is not included in their oil change service which they charged 96$ for. Upon further research on their website, it is in fact included, so I guess they lied. Now I’m questioning whether they even changed my oil because they didn’t even reset the clock for me until I mentioned it. First time and most definitely last. Thanks for nothing.

Amazing experience. Came in, without appointment, for excessive exhaust noise. I was walked through the issue, by who I believe is this location’s franchise owner’s son. The technician and he solved the problem in about two hours, cost effectively. I had considered going to my local dealer, but decided to try an exhaust specialist nearby instead for expediency. I made the right choice. I enthusiastically recommend this location.

Scheduling the appointment for my routine emissions inspection was easy to do online. Service was efficient and prompt. Was able to renew my car’s registration on the DMV website by the time I got home.

FYI, as with most inspection locations, you must pay the $20 emissions testing fee in cash.
