I have placed several orders with Clayton Offroad, shipping has always been extremely fast. Recently I ordered JKS swaybar disconnects for my Gladiator. I got the kit the next day and ran into an issue. I called Clayton, the rep was extremely helpful, and told me a replacement part would be on its way. I got the part 24 hours later and completed the installation.
It's very nice to find a company with amazing customer service!!

Bought the steering stabilizer tie rod brackets. The brackets I had for a dual steering stabilizer were not very substantial and created snag points. The Clayton brackets are built like tank. Excellent design and quality. This company knows their stuff. Will remember for any future suspension needs. Thank you!

I recently upgraded my Jeep Wrangler with the Clayton Off-road 392 lift kit, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. After previously using the Rock Krawler lift kit, I can confidently say that the Clayton Off-road 392 surpasses it in every aspect.

Placed an order from them for several hundred dollars worth of stuff. I received part of the shipment followed by a nice call from Jen in their customer service department saying stuff would be late due to supply chain issues. It was very nice to receive the call, most places just let you hang until you get annoyed and call them. I ordered the parts a bit blind, not knowing what I was ordering, never having had a Jeep before. My Jeep buddy who guided me through the install saw the parts and said, "Dang this is really nice stuff!" I'd definitely do business with Clayton again, great parts for the cost, great customer service, great everything! Thanks again to you all for getting me the parts to fix my awful front-end, I went from 4-inches of play in the front end with random drifts on the highway, to a super tight fit and finish.
